Here is the donation terms. By donating to SmiteX you agree to the following:
1. Donations are Non-refundable, therefore if you are hacked, lost your account, quit, etc.. the money you donated will NOT be returned.
2. Selling your donator account on OUR forums or game is illegal. If we see you post a thread saying you are selling your donator account, you will be infracted; And if we see you selling it ingame you will get a ban. If you sell it somewhere else and you are scammed your account will not be restored even if you have donated and your money will not be refunded.
3. By donating you are receiving the status and you are not promised the status for a life time. Ex: if SmiteX for some-whatever reason shuts off your donator rank will no longer continue.
4. To receive any kind of reward you NEED to use the format and post proof on your donation on the donation section, until you do this you will NOT receive your reward, unless you recieved it automatically.
5. Just cause you're donator doesn't mean you're more important then others. Also, being donator doesn't make you untouchable.
